Local real estate markets have very different trends and movements. For example, although we are so close
to Manhattan, our market does not reflect the trends in the city. Acting as 'Buyer's Broker', I have found it
enables me to offer you, as my client, more exclusive, detailed and comprehensive information about the properties you
are interested in. Therefore, you can make the very best decision on all real estate purchases. Negotiating with
sellers can be complicated. My aim is to negotiate on your behalf bringing this process to a speedy, fair and
amicable conclusion. Now, after an acceptable offer, it is the time to bring your real estate attorney into the picture.
He will draw up contracts, negotiate any changes that may have occurred after the inspection and we will be on
top of all the details throughout the process till closing. Generally it takes 60-90 days from signing the contract to
closing, however this is very negotiable.

The web is a great place to start the search for a home. However viewing a picture on the Internet versus the
actual experience of seeing the property is worlds apart. Nothing can take the place of actually walking round
the house, seeing the garden, and getting a feel for the neighborhood. This is where the knowledge of a real
